First time I hear about ECU Tools so I'm intrigued. Tested it out of curiosity. On older ECUs that use TP2.0 such as MED9, it doesn't seems to use STmin. Transmission is too quick, leading to multiple 0x9 which are not handled properly. It is hit or miss to complete a flash in some cases I haven't tested UDS or TCU flashing. Logging work properly, as well as the patch for RAM logging. It has some quirks, but it is good for someone looking to reverse engineer. Whoever made this software has good skills, I wonder on what projects he is working on now I got it, thx for share.
