Title: Kfmir/kfmiop/klrlnmxn Post by: Speedhunter on January 30, 2025, 05:05:37 PM Hello gents hope everyone doing well,
Im getting litttle bit crazy understanding basics...kfmirl and kfmiop maps....I understand some theory and inversion but simply can't grasp; *why relative filling in kfmirl goes beyond kfmiop axis; also klrlnmxn values goes beyond kfmiop. Shouldn't kfmiop axis be raised or whatever to follow requested filling...I mean why its limiting or overshooting...shouldn't that give intervention....Speaking of NA car with port injection and oem/stock values. Best regards! Based on your "reputation" you would know answer without any of things you mentioned, but okay you are typical "softy" guy who strugles to interact and grasp with anything that is not 0 or 1. Title: Re: Kfmir/kfmiop/klrlnmxn Post by: ABEPerformance on February 22, 2025, 09:29:07 AM Relative filling exceeding KFMIOP axis: This is likely due to load scaling. If your KFMIORL values surpass the defined axis in KFMIOP, you may need to rescale KFMIOP to accommodate higher loads.
KLRLMXN exceeding KFMIOP: This suggests torque intervention or a mismatch in limiters. Check KLRLMXN and other torque-based limiters to see if they need adjustments. Overshooting or limiting issue: The ECU might be using corrections (e.g., torque structure corrections, lambda corrections, or limiters). Logging desired vs. actual load should help diagnose whether KFMIOP needs rescaling. |
