Title: What happened to Passat 2.0T Post by: why on March 05, 2025, 01:21:57 AM I have a Passat 2.0T, it has a simos18 system, I replaced the Garrett 550 turbocharger, 4bar boost sensor, 980ccMPI, dual low-pressure fuel pumps, straight-through exhaust pipes, but it always enters the air-fuel ratio protection of 0.73 after 5000 rpm. I don't know where the problem is!This is the recorded log,https://account.autotuner.com/en/log/5ba89043d8d8b4ebebcb06fb9f9f3472279f9c9078a44e0a41d052d988291002

Thanks for your suggestion! I really can't find the problem in these logs. Is there a specific module name in FR?Title: Re: What happened to Passat 2.0T Post by: willemml on March 05, 2025, 09:51:52 AM The problem with this log is the sample rate. You are logging at about 7.9Hz, this is a very low sample rate. The exported CSV also does not include timestamps.
Oh and more importantly, your MAF readings in that log are clearly incorrect, rendering it useless even ignoring the low sample rate. See the thread I linked below. Get better software. https://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=20008.0title= suggests prj's VehiCAL. Search the FR for places that reference the fueling maps. That should make it pretty obvious which modules are relevant. Title: Re: What happened to Passat 2.0T Post by: why on March 06, 2025, 12:11:08 AM The problem with this log is the sample rate. Which one should I buy, Basic or Advanced?Oh and more importantly, your MAF readings in that log are clearly incorrect, rendering it useless even ignoring the low sample rate. If you are working with actual FR then of course you need advanced. You will also have to patch the ECU for advanced though and depending on tool you might need boot mode for that. You need to pay one time for 10 credits. 1. Subscription 2. License for advanced. 3. Then you will need to patch ECU yes... After that on this car it will work forever even after subscription expires. I saw in the patch notes that you mentioned there is a patched file and a CSV, is the CSV the map description? How do I use them without A2L?1. Subscription 2. License for advanced. 3.
