Title: P0130 Fault code with no lambda control Post by: LynixGO on April 25, 2025, 12:15:58 PM Hello,
Im trying to fix the following fault code: 16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent car: Golf 4 GTI 1.8T Engine: AUM ECU: 06A906032DR me7.5 N112 + N249 + N80 Connected with resistor. Coded out the second lambda with ESKONF I tried the following without succes. 1. First i fixed the wiring of the original harness because it was in pieces. 4 cables were cut and faulty, after soldering the wires back together i tested the wiring from the ECU to the 6-pin connector on the underside of the car. All looked fine again. This didnt fix the problem. 2. Replaced O2 Sensor with a new OEM one. This didnt fix the problem. 3. Reflashed ECU with new file and stock file. Both files didnt fix the problem. Could my ECU be fried? I opened the ECU en checked the board for any damages but didnt find any. Is there a way i can test the ECU if its faulty? See picture for live data when car was running. Having multiple solder connections are not ideal Im trying to fix the following fault code: 16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent car: Golf 4 GTI 1.8T Engine: AUM ECU: 06A906032DR me7.5 N112 + N249 + N80 Connected with resistor. Having multiple solder connections are not ideal Hey, thank you for the reply.I checked the wiring again but everything seems fine From ECU to 6 pin o2 conncector Should i measure it in ohms or how can i properly test these wires? If so what should he the correct measurements Kind regards. I measured every cable from ecu to 6 pin connector I checked the wiring again but everything seems fine From ECU to 6 pin o2 conncector Should i measure it in ohms or how can i properly test these wires? If so what should he the correct measurements Kind regards. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk Every wire has 1.2 ohms resistance no short present Any else know what the problem could be ? Any help is appreciated, many thanks Title: Re: P0130 Fault code with no lambda control Post by: LynixGO on April 29, 2025, 02:33:47 AM Checked channel 33 on a friends car
While ignition on the voltage of sensor is between 1.4 and 1.5 volt, on my car this is 5.08 volts consistent Can someone measure pin 51 and pin 52 on a working ecu and tell me how many volts goes through these pins? Me7.5 ecu This would confirm that my ecu is fried… Many thanks Title: Re: P0130 Fault code with no lambda control Post by: BlackT on May 01, 2025, 10:48:03 PM Someone velded exhaust while lambda was connected to ECU. Common problem it fire Ground connection in ECU for O2
Someone on this site mention that ground can be used from different pin, but I can't remeber Title: Re: P0130 Fault code with no lambda control Post by: LynixGO on May 02, 2025, 04:44:35 AM Hello all.
Issue has been resolved. Replaced my ECU with a different one and fuel trims working again. voltage needs to be around 1.4 / 1.5 volts. ignition on. |
