I need some help with an old problem and a new one. I installed the 5120 hack a year ago. Afterward, I had idle fluctuations that didn't bother me. However, I have to go to the MOT soon, and it won't pass the emissions test. If I turn on many devices with the air conditioning, it almost goes away. What could it be? The new problem is, I've now converted to a GT2871r. I don't have any errors at 1 bar. As soon as I go outside of the boost pressure, I get the error message "Maximum boost pressure exceeded." With the old K04-001 Stage 3 turbocharger, I was running at 2.7 bar. Which map do I need to adjust? How on earth did you manage to tune the K04 hybrid setup then? Divine intervention?

How do you adjust a big one if you don't know how to adjust the original? It's going to be difficult.
