I need some help with KRKTE scaling on a ME7.5 1.8T file. I am working with an ECU: * ECU: 06A 906 032 HS * Software version: 363354 * Engine management: ME7.5 * Injectors installed: Bosch 0 280 155 892, APX/APY injectors I am trying to scale KRKTE correctly for these injectors. The strange issue is that the engine does not start with the expected lower KRKTE value. What is confusing: if I increase KRKTE, the engine starts to fire and tries to run, but it can barely keep itself alive. So the behavior looks like the engine wants more fuel, even though the APX injectors should normally require a lower KRKTE compared to the original smaller injectors. For comparison, I temporarily installed an 018M ECU/data set from an APX setup. With that ECU the engine started and ran normally using the same injectors. However, that is a 512 kB data set and KRKTE seems to use a different conversion/scaling compared to my 032 HS 363354 file. So I am not sure if my KRKTE address, conversion factor, or definition is wrong in the 032 HS file. Has anyone worked with 06A 906 032 HS / software 363354 and can confirm the correct KRKTE address and conversion factor? Any help would be appreciated. |
