Title: Original file request — 06A906032FQ (ME7.5, Dst07o/040501) — corrupted flash, n Post by: be539ast on June 29, 2026, 11:00:03 PM Looking for a verified-good stock dump matching this exact software ID, pulled from a healthy ECU:
VW Part #: 06A906032FQ Bosch Hardware #: 0261207366 Software ID: 42/1/ME7.5/120/4220.AA//23F/Dst07o/040501 Vehicle: 2002 Golf Mk4, 2.0L 8v (AZG/APK/AQY family) My own ECU has a corrupted flash region — about 367KB blank (0xFF) starting at offset 0xA4212, confirmed consistent across re-reads with NefMoto. Bootloader responds fine, just throws P0601 and won't run. Looking for a clean reference file with the same exact software ID above (not just same part number) so I can write it back and confirm the offset matches my application code's checksum expectations. Happy to share my corrupted dump for comparison if it helps anyone verify a match. Thanks in advance. The file you sent is only 512 bytes — I need the full 1MB flash image (should be exactly 1,048,576 bytes). In NefMoto it's the main flash read, not the EEPROM Cheers. ;D
