Hello,
need help with complete disabling of variable cam in 06A906032HJ.

I have GT3071R installed and have troubles with this :(

Can anybody help me?

It is codeword for camshaft control, do you mean that i will disconnect camshaft control valve?

I think that is sw solution here ...

Setting that to 0 should disable completely.
I believe its been covered around here before.

Correct, i have set to 0 and DTC still shows.

I'm interested in this too.

I'm converting my car to ME7.5, and it doesnt currently have VVT, so i've no valve to plug in.

I've read before about CDNWS=0, you also need to mess with the timing tables KFZWOP/2 (making them equal), as my understanding is that CDNWS just turns off the diagnostics for VVT, and the code still runs and still attempts to adjust the valve and alters the timing between the two maps.

I guess so long as the fuelling is correct and its not turning off fuel trims, then it should just be a case of hiding the Fault code?

cam: are your fuel trims working even though the fault code is present?

What is ESKONF?
