Post by: gregsback on September 15, 2012, 01:35:15 AM I would like to know the pin assignment between the 44pin pads (on the ECU Board) and the ERNI connector from the flat wire to the small connector board wetween the ETK and the ECU board.
Finally I'm not sure if this small board is really required for the ME7 ECUs or if it's only for EDC15 ECUs. Can you help me? Or do you have a photo of such a setup? Is it a ETK7, or ETK7.1? What version INCA are you running?

Post by: zzambucca on November 07, 2012, 04:29:05 PM I have a similar setup I am trying to get working. ETK7 on a ME7.1 ECM\ES590\INCA 6.2. I have a pdf of the manual for the ETK if that helps with the HW connection question you had. I can open my ECM and take a couple pictures if that helps also.

yes, the manual would be fine, and I would really be happy about a photo. I could get some ETAS description about the pinning, but so far I did not get the system running. Is this a "self made setup" or is this a development ECU? You write "trying to get working", that means so far it does not work? What A2l/hex do you use? I´m looking for a ETK7 or ETK7.1 1.8T ECU. I found a shop years ago but I forgot to save the address. Can someone please give me a hint?
