It will work perfectly on the D-box and you will also get some other goodies out of it like misfire detection.
The only thing you have to do is to switch it to use a Bosch MAF because the M-box has Hitachi but I think there is an original file on here that has the switch to Bosch MAF already. The other things you have to do is to do some EVAP DTC codeout: set CLACINS, CLALDPE to 0. From there you have all the files you need to tune. But maybe I am wrong and the 4B0907551D is a completely different ECU...
