Since Im quite new to this and still learning..
I might ask some thing stuped but i´ll try to understand so please bear with me.

Questions:
Is it possible to tune ME7.5 to do save gas with the method of running half of the cylinders.
(Cut gas and spark on half of the cylinders)? Can the injectors and the spark be controlled by the ECU?

Are there any problems with this?
When you don´t need the power the ecu saves gas and serve when needed?

No, this will not improve consumption! On contrary!

Read up a little bit on how cylinder deactivation works before you get crazy ideas :)
If you don't have V engine with adjustable camshaft timing or alternatively some very exotic hardware to manipulate only the valves on selected cylinders you can forget it altogether.

What about lean out cylinders?
Would that be any good?

I guess this would be possible but not a huge saver am I correct?

all these ideas of urs would not do any good...because the amount of torque required to run you vehicle, would have to be compensated from getting more work from the firing cylinders, i.e. more throttle opening and more gas comsumption :)

Not necessarily. Assuming that more throttle opening always increases consumption is wrong. Always being the keyword.
Throttling losses can be minimized, but as prj said it makes no sense on stock hardware where you can't control the valves directly on the deactivated cylinders.
