Title: Chicago area:Need technician who can help me w/non passed emission catalytic's Post by: chris_bo on January 16, 2013, 03:10:17 PM 2001 Audi B5S4 Full Stage 3 with 3" downpipes, no cats. ECU chipped by Vast Performance.
The only thing is cats are not ready in Readiness/VAG-COM. Rear O2 sensors and EGT are "cleared" in ECU. That's what they told me. Weird... Anyone ? I will pay for that. Thank you. Start over with the tune. Not sure if Vast can be altered, AFAIK the newer tunes were encrypted. When did you get it done?
I guess the first step would be to attempt reading the ecu. Good luck, and welcome.
