not for anyone who knows what they are doing or knows how to google.

only protections is to prevent read all together!  you can block read by obd but not bootmode.  Or less you cover ecu in epoxy to deter people, but that can be removed too.

and how I block read via obd? tomorrow I sale my car and I can lock the ecu/file..

noread tag will make ols say the file cannot be opened because its already been modified.
pretty pointless though. just open file in a basic hex editor and search for noread. ff it all out then open with ols.

Is your tune ground breaking or otherwise amazing? I'm not quite sure why you'd do this? Upload a stock file if you're that worried, because there is no way you're going to stop a truly dedicated individual.

That said, I doubt the person you sell the car to will even attempt to read your file.
