Title: Re: Which eeprom in old 1.8T ECU (picture attached) Post by: ddillenger on February 04, 2013, 10:28:21 AM I'd think it would be the soic-8 chip. I don't see any other possibilities. Try reading it with a test clip and post the dump, I'll off it for you.

its m3... i saw your "off" dump is complete different dump from another ecu and not immo off of my dump right? is there no clean solution like with me7 (only 4 bytes needet with me7)? thanks! Title: Re: Which eeprom in old 1.8T ECU (picture attached) Post by: ddillenger on February 06, 2013, 12:32:22 PM That's your bin off'd that I posted! I'll redo it for m3, but not sure if it matters.

Protip, crap like Immokiller or Ottocheck do not do proper Immo off, instead the dump is rewritten with a pre-set file. is there no clean solution like with me7 (only 4 bytes needet with me7)? There is, 4 bytes, but not for free ... sorry. I wasn't aware of that. I manually do the me7, but for the older stuff I just run it through one of the above programs.
