Title: CDEHFM location
Post by: catbed on March 12, 2013, 09:41:07 AM
Hello all, I am trying to located CDEHFM in my 018ch file. It's already defined in the map pack I have but I'm pretty sure it's wrong. The map shows 0 but I still have E_lm =1. The code word is to disable DHFM. If someone could help out with disassembly that would be great.

Try 1819c

Try 1819c

That is the location defined in my map pack, however the value is 00 already in my stock file, which makes me think it is not right.

1819a looks right.

4B0 906 018CH G0002.

Maybe I'm getting my files mixed up. The stock 018CH file on these forums shows 01, but I could've sworn my stock .bin I pulled showed 00 as well.

I got my value by matching up Rob's defined CH file, 4B0906018CH 0261207216 360854, with the fully defined TT CB file. I got the same value (1) on my BQ file as well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I have 1819a in my OLS.

I am using Rob's map pack as well, but my expanded 360101 one.

"I have 1819a in my OLS."

As does my OLS, and I get a 0 at that value, but when I matched the files up and transferred the map it came up at 1819c, and gives me a value of 1.

Ok, I got a chance to take a look at my files again. My map pack has CDEHFM at 1819A and CDHSH at 1819C. So I guess I inadvertently turned it off already while deleting my rear o2s. I guess I'll get the TT ols up and compare to be sure.

After comparing, did you find anything different?

CDEHFM is 0 stock.

Changing it to 1 will not fix your ASR.

It is 1 in my stock 018ch at 1819C, as well as the fully defined TT225 ols I have.  ???

I don't have any ASR, ESP , or TCS. My car is an 01 a4 with wideband. I only have ABS and EDL. I just want to make sure the MAF is coded out the correct way.

I was planning on going through the DHFM module in the FR to see if I missed any key maps.

I found that a few codewords were mixed up. I transferred all the prokonal codewords from the fully defined TT225 ols. I'll see if anything comes up when I drive the car some more.
