Title: 551C S4 question on the tune
Post by: littco on March 28, 2013, 11:40:55 AM
Attached is a file taken from a 1999 euro S4.

It's running LPG as well as petrol.

Reason for asking is that I was having a browse through the file and found what looked like an LDRXN multimap map.. Seen it before and having patched some LDRXN with cruise control activation into a few other tunes recognised the pattern..

However the coding when I reversed it looked very different from what I had seen/used and I couldn't work out how it was activated . Owner knows nothing about this as hasn't owned the car long..

Any ideas?

LDRXN multi is at fe400

There is also other maps at fe050 but not yet into what they are..

Mh this is weird because the C-box is supposed to be 512k.

I think this is just a C tune that was concatenated to a 1024k file. I've done this before to run a C box file on a D box.

By looking into the file I also see this to be the case. Also this is a Revotechnik file, based on this string in it:

Try this then, I read it both 1mb and 512kb as wasn't sure the file size.. It worked both ways reading it, I have probably posted the wrong one.. here you go
