I don't think I've ever seen a shoutbox that is useful, so that's why I ask. I think due to the nature of this forum, threads are best.. At least that archives the info and allows people in interact on the subject at all times. I feat that with a chat like that people will be expecting answers/help to their questions quickly and if they get it all will be forgotten.
