Title: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 12, 2013, 02:33:44 AM Does Some of you have .ols for my ecu 8L0906018M ?
Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 12, 2013, 10:06:33 AM I posted an 018F ols, what's the problem? I looked at the files, they're nearly identical?
Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 13, 2013, 12:22:37 AM hi ddillenger ,
thanks for your patience maybe I'm doing something wrong. the file and 'similar to the 86%. when I import the file I choose "continue and import project data from above". the project above is the 'ols that you posted; so I can see the various maps divided by id but if I open the maps do not have valid values I'm clearly wrong to compare it, isn't it? Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 13, 2013, 12:28:18 AM You need to line the maps up side by side using compare, offset the projects until they match, and transfer the map data one by one.

so de differenti is only in the offset? ti ringrazio ora provo ad identificare le mie mappe!! :) Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 13, 2013, 12:39:54 AM The primary difference is in the offset, but it's not like the entire file is offset the same amount. You'll have to play with it until it lines up. Use your best judgement. It really is easy.
If you're lazy, you can TRY flashing the 018F. It should crossflash just fine. Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 13, 2013, 10:16:27 PM good morning ddillenger,
Hi I used the WinOLS function "connect windows" to connect the maps of the 2 projects. by selecting ols ids that interest me I found the correspondence in my project. I manually copied the properties of the .ols tables in the properties of the tables that I have identified in my .ori the values in the tables are the same but the values on the axes no :( Can I change the values on the axes manually? would this be to change the values in the original map? Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 13, 2013, 10:30:33 PM When you were comparing and copying did you get a prompt that winOLS found a matching axis at a different location? What version do you have?

What version do you have? hi ddillenger,I tried again the process now on the PC's work and here I have the same values on the axes too ( it works fine!! ). this evening I'll try again on my pc Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 15, 2013, 12:44:07 AM I was wrong to use the option organization: 2d Inverse
now works fine :) Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 19, 2013, 01:03:49 PM bad news
I can not create my ols. I'd like to find the following maps: krkte (found) KVB (not found) fkkvs (not found) kfmirl (found, recognized as a possible map automatically) kfmiop (found) kfzwop (found) kfzwop2 (found) ldrxn (not found) ldrxnzk (not found) how can I do to find the "not found" maps ? thanks Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? LDRXNZK 1C064 KVB 19A9C FKKVS 1B028 Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 19, 2013, 02:05:20 PM LDRXN 1C022 LDRXNZK 1C064 KVB 19A9C FKKVS 1B028 thanks again for your help I still have problems to transform these values into the map. I try to explain better with an example now i know that LDRXN start from 1C022 and that includes the 16 successive values. I've selected this exadecimal value, but how can i transform them into map? Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 19, 2013, 02:08:53 PM Line up the start of the map in the 018F OLS with the start of the map in your OLS. Then, hit TRANSFER MAP, making sure to JUST transfer map structure, not data.

how can I verify that it is correct? I think I have done something wrong for maps ldrxn / ldrxnzk how can I check that? thanks Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on June 22, 2013, 11:43:55 AM ldrxn / ldrxnzk seems correct!
now i'm looking for pressure turbo maps kfldrl kfldimx kfldrq2 ddillenger can you help me? Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 22, 2013, 12:00:26 PM I'm sorry Dan, I've given you everything you need to do this yourself, then I gave you the benefit of the doubt and found some of the maps for you. The only help I'll give now is finding something not defined in the 018F OLS (which won't happen). Just practice, you'll get it.

I'm no expert and WinOLS seems very anti intuitive for me :( various colors confuse me and the options to use seem to be well hidden. but .. now I have my ols!! :) Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: ddillenger on June 28, 2013, 01:31:44 AM Good deal! I wasn't saying you were lazy, just that if I did it for you you'd never learn. Good luck!

Post by: TCSTigersClaw on June 28, 2013, 10:03:43 AM Just as Didilinger said , but try it in 2D mode ,its much easier for common maps.
When you find it hit transfer map structure only (the bottom last one) Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on July 01, 2013, 04:33:40 PM my new ols with kfldhbn and kfzw/2
Do you think DSLOFS map is correct? i write new map, control pressure is ok real pressure read by vag seems ok... but pressure read by my pressure gauge is not correct :( Title: Re: .ols for 8L0906018M ? Post by: dantt on July 01, 2013, 10:46:35 PM new ols with uadplmn uadplmx uadpumx
