ok  so I guess I got bored or slightly obsessive about it but here is by far the most complete map pack for the HSbox to date I believe. I'm not finished and will continue to update it until I decide to stop or it's completed.
I combined all the map packs I could find and created this one without any duplicate definitions unless they are used in more than 1 module. I also have been using a complete HN definition file to find maps for the HS that the HN and HS don't share address wise. The final plan here is to also have a fully translated version in English.

If you find an error please post it here so I can fix it for the next update.

As of right now the only translated definitions to English are from older definition files.

Do you think this is better than the 8N0906018CB to run?

Well, I know it is wideband. I think the 018 files have to be flashed with thier own and same with 032 files, etc.  Ask ddillenger. I think he knows for sure.

You can run MK4 software on that TT ecu, but I wouldn't do it. Lots of differences.

Can you advise what ecu to run for a b5 1.8t quattro converted to 7.5 wideband?   HS  or TT-225?

Whatever is closest to your configuration. B5 quattro wideband, 018CH if you can get it. Very well defined and very easy to tune.

if you run a transverse Ecu ie 032hn on a longitudinal loom b5/b6 then you need to pull wire 61 from the plug , otherwise the fans will run constantly..

Do you actually have an extra HS ECU?

There are a few HF's on ebay right now.

I have the car converted to a wideband HF ecu but it's not running yet.  So i'm trying to figure out what software to run.

That clears things up a bit. Use whichever file is the most well defined I suppose. 032LP/PL would be my choice.

Very appreciated.  I read somewhere that the 1.8t widebands are mostly all the same, and differences can all be corrected.  The eeprom is already de-immo-ed but I've never tuned a 1.8t, only the 2.7t.  I'm hoping it's smoother with the factory wideband...

I don't want to spend the $130..I saw a couple and an HS ECU for $149. lucky for me kinda there is a u-pull it yard about 2 miles from where I live. still haven't found an HS ECU though but mk4 vws are just starting to show up more often it seems but mostly with 2.slow engines or somebody already nabbed the ECU. I've been seeing some audis out there also lately. If you need anything lemme know what it is and I'll keep a look out, I go there every couple/few weeks.
