thanks

look at my post http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=4234.0title=

Take a look at the WG duty also. My final problem was a clogged cat and changed the downpipe yesterday and reaching 21psi at 4000rpm no problem.

Seriously? Look at your wgdc :P

I too was going to say look at your WGDC. You need to adjust DIMX, then fine tune.

Not just DIMX... you aren't even reaching anything NEAR 95% on spool.

This tune needs a lot of work :/

Correct me if im wrong but k04-015 is almost same as k03 no? With k03 it reached requested boost easily with dc below 50%... i just changed turbo and boom it doesnt reach it now. Ill look into your suggestions. Thank you

Depends less on the turbo, and more on the wastegate.

Hmm... it seems i can't find these maps:
LDRQ0S
LDRQ1ST
KFLDRQ2
LDEIAP - is it @ 19AB3??
TLDIAPN

Can someone help me find these in bin file?  I'll attach ori

some progress here... now wg dc is at 95 percent, yet boost cant reach requested... any other variables to log to better understand this problem?

What's your actuator preload? Are you sure the wastegate flap closes fully?

I can't be sure about anything since it is brand new turbo and I've spend whole day trying to put it in... lol, with new exhaust manifold it was almost impossible to screw bolts. I would cut my hand if I needed to dissasemble everything again...

Btw which file have you used to compare my binary in asm? 06xxxHN (which i have dissasembled) is pretty different in these maps... For example:
LDRQ0S (06A906032HN):
Code:
loc_87B652:                             ; CODE XREF: sub_87B55A+CEj
extp    #207h, #1
mov     r7, byte_81ECA0

[jump to]
Code:
loc_87B65A:                             ; CODE XREF: sub_87B55A+F6j
mov     r4, r7
sub     r4, word_3823A4
jmpr    cc_NC, loc_87B664
LDRQ0S (4B0906018DC):
Code:
loc_879F04:
mov     word_3823F8, ZEROS
extp    #207h, #1
mov     r4, byte_81ED7C
mov     word_3823FC, r4
mov     r12, #2D9Eh
mov     r13, #207h
mov     r14, word_380C86
calls   83h, sub_8343F8
mov     word_3823FA, r4

Your file is nearly a perfect match with the 4B0906018CH.

Do you have complete official definition for this file?

boost problem solved - it was vacuum hose that controls turbo. now another problem showed up. i get super weird o2 correction... as if im running super rich but if i disable front o2 correction my car drives as it should. with front sensor enabled it feels like it runs really lean especially during boost...

i dont know of any vacuum hoses that control the turbo :/

also, you are going to need to log a few more O2 variables if you want to diagnose O2 issues.

have you tried swapping O2s?

I'm sorry that I wasn't clear about that vacuum hose. It is the hose that goes to wastegate actuator...

Could you share info on what other variables should I log? Everything that goes out of *LRS modules? Also I don't have a spare o2 to test (single bank car)

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with that ecu ... but certainly o2 voltage is a start :)
