Title: Matching Definition files to SW Numbers Post by: adam- on August 22, 2013, 04:26:01 AM Hi there,
Still trying to get a good grasp of this, but it appears that I've hit a problem. The car: MK4 Golf 1.8t AUM 3" Stainless turbo back Standard MAF, Injectors, FPR and Pump K03s 32HN SW0002 File I've got a file from another member with anti-lag programmed in, which works great. Well, NLS doesn't, just blows fuses. Anyway. I tripped over his definition file for it too, but it's all in German, and about 3 years long, that and half of it doesn't seem to match up for the right numbers. (LAMFA at 198% load the whole way across, and revs at 0 and 668 or something. Thought it didn't look right, so whacked on another definition file - the HN0001. This seems to be right - LAMFA is a good size, everything adds up. My question is, why doesn't the SW0002 match up to do the def file? If the def file for 0001 does (which is in English, so is easier to understand), why can't I use that? When I say it "seems to match up", that's only because the numbers make sense, and the axis seem to be correct.. Thanks.. Title: Re: Matching Definition files to SW Numbers Post by: adam- on August 22, 2013, 04:35:46 AM AUQ HN 0001 and HN 0002 definitions (.kp and .csv)
Corrected LAMFA and MLHFM table and axis locations HN1 is also valid for ARX HJ 0002, AWP HS 0006-0008, and other ECUs from Group VAG100 (See copy of property files xls) HN2 is also valid for ARX HJ 0003 and other ECUs from Group VAG163 //Quote. That is what he said. Now reading it over again, it seems that the HN1 matches the VAG100 group - which all AUQ ECU's are, corrent? Then, H2 is valid for VAG163 (and HJ 0003). But, mine is HJ 0001, correct? HN1 seems to be matching up properly. Am I just being dense, and I should use the HN1 file with his file? For the record, this is his file: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=1363.195 (Post 201).. So, this file, (which reports as SW0002), and the HN1 def file? Just for confirmation, before I start messing around.. |
