Title: Wideband vs Narrowband MAF's Post by: ddillenger on September 25, 2013, 03:32:09 PM Everyone keeps talking about them being different and not being interchangable.
I've run several 1.8t's with S4 and RS4 MAF's. What's to prevent someone from doing the same with a stock TT225 conversion to wideband (swapping the narrowband MLHFM) and running it that way? Is there a fundamental difference I'm just missing? You just need as you say to "copy-paste" the 512x1 MLHFM map from the 225hp file and some minor tweaks in the KFKHFM 14x14.
