i got my new used me7.1.1 022906032CN fitted in the car made a immo paring car starts fine and there is no dtc but once i try to flash my tune-file with nefmoto soft and my dumb k-line cable i get this Restoring Windows sleep mode. Fast writing premium feature NOT enabled. Disabling Windows sleep mode. Writing ECU flash memory. ECU reports programming session preconditions have not been met. Reasons preconditions failed: -Immobilizer not authenticated can anybody sheed some light for me as i can`t seem to find the problem Thanks Title: Re: problem flashing with nef Post by: ddillenger on October 31, 2013, 01:03:08 PM Nef won't flash that ecu.

Title: Re: problem flashing with nef Post by: oldcarguy85 on October 31, 2013, 01:48:31 PM Maybe try pulling the cluster fuse before flashing. I always have trouble if i don't remove cluster fuse. On my MKIV gti, it's the fuse that leaves the clock running but the gauges not functioning. Not sure if it's the same on your car or if it will help at all.
