first i want to thank you all for this resourceful page, i hope i can contribute little when i learn more :) The case: I have tried to read from my cars ecu via OBD port with Nefmoto with no luck. -Car is connected to charger, ~13.5v. -Ebay OBD cable, works fine when I read and write in boot mode on bench, also works with ArgDubs tool in OBD mode on bench. I get immo error when try to obd flashing on bench, but i guess that is normal... Is this because my car is to old and dont support this type of flashing? See attached log file. Can a lower boudrate work? I'm using Win7 64bit, Is that compatible with NefMoto? Takes a lot of time to boot flash the ECU every time... Title: Re: Cant flash over OBD, Audi S3 2000 Post by: ddillenger on November 14, 2013, 09:30:48 AM This is pretty common on 00 models, be it s3, TT, or 4.2 A6.
Bootmode it, defeat the immobilizer, and it should flash on the bench. |
