Post by: major_nick on November 16, 2013, 09:30:33 AM
Hello guys. I read flash dump from me7.1.1 (st10). But my ols can't recognize checksum. Can you help me how can i solve this problem? If anybody can help me with calculate checksum after tuning i'am ready to pay for that.

I desolder flash and read by external programmer.

I have last version of galletto but he can read only MCU ST10.

I don't know how you managed to read a flash in an external programmer in such a way. There is nothing other than the 2 datablocks from the flash memory in there, and there should be loads of program code to go with that. Oh and the datablocks are doubled up as well. Either you have a very smart programmer that extracts only datablocks from files, or something is very weird here.

I was going to say the same thing, but recently came across another R32 file, also ST10 that was bootmoded off with galletto. It looked identical.

I have also. Galletto can read only MCU on this ecu. Flash is readed by batronix bx40 and this is full flash read. Another blocks are in MCU flash memory. I think that is it imposible to tuning this ecu.

This is mcu memory

Here are the 3 datablocks that are contained in such an ECU. I have done loads of ST10 3.2s before and never came across anything like this, but then again, I've never used a Galletto.
As for the file being read in a Batronix reader, well, I'm stumped and speechless.
