Title: Audi S3 MY 2000 1.8t APY hesitation and misfire one cyl no DTC Post by: viki300 on November 27, 2013, 01:14:34 AM Hi i got this problem on this car so one cylinder No 3 allways spark plug wet and kind of dead rpm range 3000-5000 and then it goes again idle normal and if press throttle pedal fast it hesitate and kind of misfire and one cylinder burns very badly so far coil replaced and spark plugs injectors swapped still always No 3 cylinder and no DTC so any idea where i can look next compression not measured yet ???

Are you sure you're getting a FAT BLUE spark on cylinder 3? When it's warm, pull a plug and put a teaspoon of oil down the cylinder, now do a compression test. If it's higher, it's worn rings, if it's lower, it's worn valve seats.
