Title: 16514 - Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit (software problem 1.8t ME7.5) Post by: fknbrkn on December 18, 2013, 06:20:48 AM Have a little problem with my file
this error comes randomly and sometimes with CEL Code: 16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit o2 sensor are new Bosch unit harness - ok maf - ok logs - ok (actual lambda = specified and everytime i logging it - sensor works) no other DTCs LTFT -7 .. -15% (working on it) STFT 0.5% searched it on web - one guy has the same problem with his mapped passat. solution is fixing file by the tuner. so i dont know what is he fixing :( any ideas? thanks Title: Re: 16514 - Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit (software problem 1.8t ME7.5) Post by: ddillenger on December 18, 2013, 06:40:48 AM IIRC, this is covered in the "Emissions delete and setting actual readiness" thread.

but dont say how :) i have tweaked warmup adaptation channel in lemmiwinks so i will try to default it and play with KFFWL maps at various ways thanks DD! Why or why not?
