I have searched through the forums and google (I know I've seen this somewhere but I've spent the past hour trying to find it) on how to convert a FTDI serial number for use in Hex to assign my cable to the Galletto.exe (NEW_SERIAL.EXE) A602TXQ8 is the serial number, and using tools online it comes out with a hex of 16-digits long? While in NEW_SERIAL.EXE the original is only 8? This is what comes out: 41 36 30 32 54 58 51 38, is this correct? I just hand edit the galletto executable with a hex editor. done. Mods - can you please delete this thread, I trial and error'd it in Hexeditor and all is fine so far. I have tested it, it works. Just do that.
