Title: Advanced fueling on 1.8T BFB/BEX 518AQ/518AS Post by: roman_tyk on January 19, 2014, 12:45:53 PM I got really strange problem which I have never experienced on any other ECU then BFB/BEX.
Problem exist whenever i want to run only on LAMFA map, values are not taken to the specified lambda. Of course my KFFDLBTS is = 0 and KFLBTS = 1, in that situation fueling should be based only on LAMFA map, but in practise i still got lean lambda. Is there any different map which is used for calculating lambda on this ecu? i would like to turn of egt protection, bts and only run on well prepared lamfa. ZKLAMFAW is the alpha constant for the low pass filter and controls the rate of change. Enrichment will occur linearly towards the specified value using the rate of change set by ZKLAMFAW and may never even reach the target if the rate of change is low enough. Do you have LAMFA defined correctly including the axis'? There isn't a whole lot that can go wrong.
