I have a ME3.8.2/3 ECU from an AUDI A3 11.8Turbo AGU 1998 The Immo chip, or 24C02 is damaged. the numbers on the chip are F94AJ 24C02 I am trying to buy a new chip from RS components. I will buy the CAV2402WE-GT3 from ON Semiconductor (it can widthstand up 125C for an Automotive enviroment) or AT24C02C-SSHM-B from ATMEL. Regards, |
