Title: What MAPs are these?
Post by: eliotroyano on February 18, 2014, 07:11:57 PM
Friends can you help me to identify what MAPs are the ones indicated here? The file is attached: 06A906018CG 0261206518 352127.bin

Safety ignition timing map with a defective idle switch
Maximum reference level for knock detection threshold cyl group 1 and 2
Map for enrichment for Kat protection with constantly high tL

Overspeed thanks a lot for the reply, but I still have some doubts.

Safety ignition timing map with a defective idle switch

For this search my map pack has it as KFZWS.0 16x16 in address $0AE81 to $0AF80. Then this new one could be KFZWS.1 16x16 from $0B045 --> $0B144?

Maximum reference level for knock detection threshold cyl group 1 and 2

For this I have:
RKRMX1N   20x1 $073EC --> $07413 Maximum reference level for knock detection threshold cyl group 1
RKRMX2N   20x1 $07414 --> $0743B Maximum reference level for knock detection threshold cyl group 2
Please can you confirm?

Map for enrichment for Kat protection with constantly high tL
And this one please can you share the function ID?

KFZWS.1  0x0B045
RKRMX1N  0x073EC
RKRMX2N  0x07414

KFZWS.1  0x0B045
RKRMX1N  0x073EC
RKRMX2N  0x07414

Thanks for the reply Tayfun but I will like to confirm the KFZWS.1 map and the others. I have checked RKRMX1N  0x073EC &
RKRMX2N  0x07414.

This is all FF, do you really think this is a map for cyl 3+4 while the other map for cyl 1+2 is looking like a real map.

I do have the one at $07394 aswell in one tuned file and dono what this is.

And i have some more questions regarding this ...2127 version.

I have the following unknown constants / maps at:
$0695E 1x1
$06975 2x1
$06A2F 1x1
the one at $07394
$08846 2x1
$09468 2x1
$09485 2x1
$0B047 16x16 you asked for aswell
$07F68 you asked for and which is zero'd in my file

thx

For $07394 I like to know too.

$08846 appears in my KFLF map. Take a look:

And $09468 & $09485 in the middle of other maps/constants:

About $0B047 & $07F68 I will like to know too.

8848 Lambdakennfeld bei teillast ("fuel map")
7F68 Kennfeld für Anfettung zum Kat-Schutz bei ständig hohem tL ("enrich to protect kat")
maps around 9468 are ML RPM x temperature in several conditions (normal, failsaf, etc).

Other constants I don´t know what are for

Ok got it....... :)

7F68 Kennfeld für Anfettung zum Kat-Schutz bei ständig hohem tL ("enrich to protect kat")

Then that is "Map for enrichment for Kat protection with constantly high tL (engine load)" ---> KFFA map  ......... great!!!  ;D

maps around 9468 are ML RPM x temperature in several conditions (normal, failsaf, etc).

Sorry but what is ML?  ???

Sorry

it´s IDLE target map x coolant temperature !

(ML = marcha lenta = Idle in portuguese lol !)

Sorry to bother you again, but I have a doubt. For the same data file (bin) posted before where do MLHFM start correctly,
at $07554:

(https://www.mediafire.com/convkey/b816/tux8797ajl7updd4g.jpg) (http://www.mediafire.com/view/tux8797ajl7updd/06A906018CG_MLHFM_07554.JPG)

or at $07560:

(https://www.mediafire.com/convkey/e6e8/2sovob1b7b2xn404g.jpg) (http://www.mediafire.com/view/2sovob1b7b2xn40/06A906018CG_MLHFM_07560.JPG)

According to my research and my logic it should be the first one (starts at $07554) but I have doubts checking descriptors, can you help me?

Friends some ideas will be awesome.

KFWDYN.0
KFWDYN.1
KFWDYN.2

I have interpret it as:

KFWDYN - Zündwinkel Dynamikvorhalt bei BA
KFWDYN  = Firing angle dynamic lead in BA (Acceleration Enrichment) / Ignition Firing Dynamic Angle for Acceleration Enrichment / Ignition Dynamic Map for Acc Enrich
X / Y / Z = Throttle Angle [°degrees] / RPM / Crank Angle BTDC [ºDegrees]
Pre-calculation ignition firing angle for acceleration (TB pedal ) per RPM values.
