Got hold of a box that did not have 29800 chip in, but some ABT tuned. I did a read with mpps cable and it was Ok. Than i flashed in new file. Worked well. Try to read and save it first. If it has a little square chip on the bottom it cannot just be overwritten. If someone has already returned that ecu to stock, then it's possible.

I believe there is a little chip underneath. I was able to read it and download it but I was about to flash it and I got a warning with Nef software saying it couldn't read a block and something about erase or ignore or cancel so I just stopped there and thought I might ask here. It is still flashed with Giac and car spikes about 17-18 but not rear o2's coded out or EGT's and I wanted to load my own file. Any help would be great. Thanks guys!
