Title: what is affecting wdks? Post by: technic on March 31, 2014, 06:31:49 AM Hi,
I have an strange situation with my Audi TT 225. At 3000 rpm I completely loose boost and then at 5000 rpm it suddenly comes back. I can see that wdks (and also rlsol_w and wdkba) lowers drastically at this point. No DTC's, no ignition retard and no misfires. Totally repeatable scenario, It happens every time i floor it on fourth gear. Any ideas? I have changed KFMIRL to 200 at max %torque request for test and LDRXN is also well above this value. Torque monitoring is switched off. Attaced is a me7logger log, both csv and an xls variant. Look at the time 6.25s that is where everything turn off, almost like soft limp ???. I think KFMDBGRG is the problem. Title: Re: what is affecting wdks? Post by: technic on March 31, 2014, 07:20:14 AM I think you might be right. I completely forgot about the gearbased limiters :) Thanks, will try

I completely forgot about the gearbased limiters :) Thanks, will try throttle cut due to over boost.. Actual is more than desired.. Title: Re: what is affecting wdks? Post by: technic on April 01, 2014, 02:45:58 PM I temporarily allowed for quite high boost deviation during testing, so in this case the problem was indeed KFMDBGRG.
