Title: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: MIL_on on April 01, 2014, 08:03:02 AM Hi,
though a few days of research i wasnt able to find the way it is done. All i read everywhere was "its somehow calculated". I also tried the method 3 mentioned on motronic.ws without succes. So is anybody able to explain it? Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: TCSTigersClaw on April 01, 2014, 09:21:49 AM I think there is NMAX like M5.x and ME7.5 etc

NMAXDV - Drehzahlbegrenzung bei Fehlererkennung Geschwindigkeitssignal NMAXF - Fehlererkennung nmax – Überschreitung - Diagnosis Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: MIL_on on April 01, 2014, 01:02:25 PM so....go on? how should it help us here ?
Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: eliotroyano on April 01, 2014, 07:41:10 PM Doing a comparison of others 38x & M592 WinOLS definitions I think that is:
BBNMAX: A 16. 20 Drehzahlbegrenzung ---> RPM LIMITER FUNCTION NMAXDV Speed limitation with error detection speed signal $0693A 1x1 Factor 40 Offset 0 Comment: From the function and it translation I think this is the value that activates RPM Limiter function DNMAX: A 3. 0 Diagnose; Plausibilitätsprüfung Maximaldrehzahl überschr. ---> RPM LIMITER DIAGNOSIS NMAXF Error detection nmax - exceeding $069EC 1x1 Factor 0,25 Offset 0 Comment: From the function and it translation I think this is the value that sends the MIL Light & DTC value. OLS does not import most of the maps. Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: MIL_on on April 02, 2014, 12:14:18 AM the only def. file i have for them is a kp and a complete ols...so nothing to really look into in notepad :/

Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: gremlin on April 03, 2014, 06:48:49 AM Attached. Another human view of d@mos data posted above. Title: Re: RPM-Limiter @ M3.8x Post by: eliotroyano on April 03, 2014, 06:51:48 AM Attached. Then this is an original and complete Damos for M382. M383 should be almost identical and M59x be very similar I think. |
