Title: Audi B5 s4 2.7 Leaning out problems.
Post by: spoolin on July 06, 2014, 07:38:46 PM
Hi Guys,

I am having troubles with my Audi b5 s4.
The car is a full stage 3 with EV14 52lb injectors, and BW K04 turbos and supporting hardware.

The car is running lean in lower RPM's and then fuel dumps abouve 4300-4700 RPM. Further knock values are not as they should be above 4200 RPM as can be seen in the logs.
Manifold pressure is correct, it spikes to 24-25psi and settles at 23
It is missing about 50 AWKW. The car is pulling between 190-to 198 AWKW but should be around 250AWKW. Power curve flattens of after 4200 RPM.

Can anyone help me with this?

The car has been smoke tested, and there are no leaks. I have however found a slight oil mist on the lobster hoses as well as some of the other boost hoses.
Here is a link to the logs.
