Yes i know shame on me but you guys don't explain how to install php. All it said was php has to be installed? I downloaded it but i can't install it. I click on it and it shows me apps to open it which i don't have any. Yes i understand I'm an extreme noob but you have to learn some way.

The command you entered will be looking in C:\Users\Trent for the ecu and dump file won't it? Not in a folder called NLS. Try putting the ecu and bin files in "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" then command prompt - > cd "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" -> launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu Your ecu and dump files are correctly named ecu.bin and dump.ecu respectively right? Just the .exe file... Try putting the ecu and bin files in "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" then command prompt - > cd "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" -> launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu Your ecu and dump files are correctly named ecu.bin and dump.ecu respectively right? "launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu" is what you should put into the command prompt when all of the files are in the same folder and you are in that folder... I'm nowhere near a computer noob, can code etc and have an okay knowledge in CMD. However, using the script on my downstairs computer yields the same result as the OP. Using the exact same script on my laptop - which has PHP installed and it works. I know you don't need PHP installed if you have the exe, which is fine. The previous versions do the same thing, same computers - one works, one doesn't.
