Yes I have ecu.bin and dump.ecu in same folder called NLS. Yes i know shame on me but you guys don't explain how to install php. All it said was php has to be installed? I downloaded it but i can't install it. I click on it and it shows me apps to open it which i don't have any. Yes i understand I'm an extreme noob but you have to learn some way.

The command you entered will be looking in C:\Users\Trent for the ecu and dump file won't it? Not in a folder called NLS.

Try putting the ecu and bin files in "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" then command prompt - > cd "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" -> launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu

Your ecu and dump files are correctly named ecu.bin and dump.ecu respectively right?

I just left them blank and let the application choose the locations for me, worked fine for me at least but some people have trouble sometimes it seems.

Are you using php or exe file?

Just the .exe file...

Try putting the ecu and bin files in "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" then command prompt - > cd "C:\Users\trent\Desktop\anti launch" -> launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu

Your ecu and dump files are correctly named ecu.bin and dump.ecu respectively right?

"launch.exe ecu.bin dump.ecu" is what you should put into the command prompt when all of the files are in the same folder and you are in that folder...

Yes I have ecu.bin and dump.ecu in same folder called NLS

If you run from the trent directory they should be in that directory, or if they are NLS in trent you have to type NLS\ecu.bin NLS\dump.ecu

You seem to be unclear on how command line arguments work :(

Honestly, you really shouldn't be messing with any of this, I think, until you learn how to actually do stuff properly on a computer ..

To be honest, I'm not sure either.

I'm nowhere near a computer noob, can code etc and have an okay knowledge in CMD.

However, using the script on my downstairs computer yields the same result as the OP.

Using the exact same script on my laptop - which has PHP installed and it works.

I know you don't need PHP installed if you have the exe, which is fine.  The previous versions do the same thing, same computers - one works, one doesn't.

Just do a dir command where you are running launc.exe and see what's there.

Yes I have ecu.bin and dump.ecu in same folder called NLS.

That is not the same folder as the directory you are running launch from.

I'm also a visual person and youtube videos as instructions drive me insane... I read a ton faster than listening to somebody blabber. Also, there is no way to slow down somebody who is blabbering.

This has been posted several times before:
