Title: need help-export timing map

hello all forum members
i need screen shoot of ignition timing map.
i have mk4 v6 24v with haltech and i just want to copy the original timing map
to the haltech until i get it dyno tuned.
my engine code is BDE
some other forum member upload orignal ecu file from his BDE ecu

how can i export the timing map ?

The original timing map uses load and RPM for axis. I doubt your haltech uses the same units.

It is using MAP vs RPM
i just need to take the cruising area from that map.
And see typical timing angle.
I am sure it will be enough

If you set the load axis on the haltech to the same pressure range that the OEM setup ran (ie. 30KPA to 200KPA), then directly copy the OEM map matching at least the RPM bins, that should get you close enough.

I've done that when going from the OEM Nissan ECCS system on my SR20DET (MAF) to my MegaSquirt (speed density), worked well enough for me.

As for exporting the map, you could copy it from WinOLS and paste it into Excel or OpenOffice Calc, reformat it to the way haltech's software takes it.

All i want is to know is how can i locate timing map from this
Ecu file, i need damos/xdf. For tunerpro software
