Title: injector tuning noob
Post by: ktm733 on February 08, 2015, 09:35:17 AM
I'm about to start tuning for injectors today and would like to get help. I've done mad research and I'm feeling confident I can do this. First things first I live in Indiana where its cold, so i have cold start enrichment maps defined also.
I'm using krkte calculator in excel to get a ball park of where to start.
I'm running ev14 750cc at 4 bar injectors part #0 280 158 298
I'm using the 750 ev14 latency values from a post on here, will find link later.
So i have tvub and krkte values.
Is there anything I'm missing?
I log with vcds/ross tech cable. I know block 31 and 32 need to be logged but what else? Thanks for the help, this should help other people to.

sorry I forgot to tell you I have a 02 b6 a4 1.8t which has wide band already installed. actually replaced it for pre tuning reasons.
I have a 2.5in exhaust no cat, cai, forge dv, and fmic. I want to go to e85 just to see how far I can push the k03 which isn't very far. This is to kind of help me understand tuning before I go big turbo

doesn't the b6 a4 1.8t run 4bar stock? I just did a fuel pressure test and I'm at 60psi which 58 is 4 bar
