Title: Motronic 7.5.20 flashing procedure Post by: bondagebear on April 20, 2015, 04:47:30 AM Hi!
I am opening this topic as I couldn't find any specific information around Motronic module 7.5.20 (03C906057CA) for vag 1.6 bts engines. As far as the ecu goes it does not have a specific flash chip. It uses ST10F275 micro controller with integrated flash. I know that for flashing it I need to put it into a boot mode. MPPS software instructs to connect pins P04 and P05 via 200 OHM resistor to ground to enter boot mode. As on the other hand micro controllers datasheet instructs connecting only P04 to ground to enter bootstrap sequence. I already tried both solutions but can't get ecu to boot mode. So if anyone has experience with this configuration a hint on how to would really help! Thanks! In a near future I will like to look in a VW 2.0L 06A906057A 0261201637 ST10F275 ECU and some info that help me to start will be great. Right now I do not have that ECU to look at.
