Title: After flash CEL - help please - Post by: b0ki on July 27, 2011, 08:24:53 PM I am working with a 2001 Audi S4 Automatic after flashing the map which is just a stage 1 file this is the error code i get when i scan the auto transmission :
Engine Control Module / Transmission Control Module Incompatible P1841 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent car runs fine boosting 17 psi but sometimes when it downshifts or upshift it would get random misfires on all the cyl cel would flash. btw this is L box any ideas ? If you clear it, I don't think it will come back. I also don't believe the misfires are related. Follow normal troubleshooting procedures for the misfires. What file did you flash?

I know it sounds stupid but i think it only misfires when it shifts... wierd and is only sometimes so i really think i need to recode the cluster the code comes back right away.
