You didnt even brother to open it and see what ive made....... You might be able to add a soft limiter with the stock maps like in ME7, but a hard limiter will need custom code like everything else. Another thing: The map pack is basically useless without an original file that matches. There are so many software versions in MED9 - and most people do not want to spend a lot of time (hours) trying to make your definition match their own.
