Title: Rail pressure Med9.1 Post by: Iceman160785 on June 12, 2015, 02:28:35 PM Hi friends! :) :)
Please can you be kind and tell me! ??? Is it not possible to request higher than 129.99bar fuel pressure on this ECU? Its a Audi S3 2.0T BHZ engine. I have tryed to raise fuel pressure to 136bar. but can not make ecu to request higher than 129.99bar when i am logging it. i have uppgraded Loba fuel pump and 140bar fuel regulatlr on rail. THanks. Title: Re: Rail pressure Med9.1 Post by: Iceman160785 on June 18, 2015, 12:17:39 PM Thanks Beaviz! I reallt appreciate that! i think i found a way to request the pessure now.
But i see that ecu dont request the same high rail presure on each full throotle run. Some times it request 136bar all the way to redline. but some times it only request as low as 90-110bar only on a fulle throttle run. it meets desired AF 0.81 all the way but pulse widt is higher at 8-10ms when it request lower rail pressure. what detirmes requested rail pressure from ecu? does ecu request lower rail pressure if desired af is meet? ??? Thanks all help is appreciated!!:) Title: Re: Rail pressure Med9.1 Post by: Beaviz on June 19, 2015, 12:43:01 AM The requested rail pressure should be consistent if you corrected all the required maps.
It will not drop if the requested AFR is met. The ECU will adapt the injection timing in that case. Which of the KFPRSOL maps did you correct? |
