I can do it now in about 20 seconds without damage. The trick is to go in at the corner near the connector and slide a long, thin blade screwdriver down the side, away from the connector. Pry up (don't push it INTO the case) and once you can get your hands under the corner, hulk out. Obviously do the side that isn't bonded to the PCB first.
