Title: What do you think of this AFR logs? Post by: eliotroyano on July 06, 2015, 11:35:36 AM Hi friends as the title says, please take a look to the AFR that my datalogging equipment have got compared with the KFLF map of my ECU. Remember it is a DBC 1.8T AGU engine witn 06A906018CG 0261206518 M383 ECU. I am using a GT28 Turbo, 415cc Genesis Injectors 3Bar FPR and VR6 OBDI MAF. Take a look at the end of the map how do KFLF values goes down to achieve desired AFR. What do you think friends?

Does the data in 1st attachment is same as in 2nd? 1st looks like you are running too lean ~6000 RPM while I can not find such data in 2nd... Title: Re: What do you think of this AFR logs? Yes data of 1st and 2nd pics are from same datalog, same software, just showed in two different ways. You are right I notice that need to add a little more fuel at top end. But my big concern is how values at high LOAD high RPMs in KFLF map needs to be 5, 10 and up to 15% less than mid LOAD values. Compare from 3000rpm+ 4 --> 8 LOAD values with 3000rpm+ 9 --> 12 LOAD values, instead of increase I need to get lower to reach the desired AFR. Should not get up instead of down? Title: Re: What do you think of this AFR logs? Post by: tjwasiak on July 06, 2015, 02:22:25 PM You should check other fuelling maps as one of them may just throw fuel at higher loads...

Good point, what other maps do you suggest? Title: Re: What do you think of this AFR logs? Post by: tjwasiak on July 06, 2015, 04:19:58 PM I would have to study stock M3.8.3 binary to tell you where to look at. I will do it if time permits.

Inclusive I have looking for some map that apply to full load or high rpms locations, without luck. Some advice and tips are welcome. Also checking several logs that I have under many situations, I notice an AFR down step around 3500-4500rpms. It force down almost 0.5AFR all times. Title: Re: What do you think of this AFR logs?
