Title: replacing 29f400 chip Post by: littco on August 08, 2011, 07:32:55 AM Quick question. I had got a new chip for my edc15 ecu, as it can't be bootmoded to recover. Do I need to flash the chip prior to installing or can I install and then flash once on board the ecu. Just wondered if a fresh new chip can be written to over obd or whether it needs flashing with a willem program 1st. Cheers
