Title: Recoding/ adjustment cent electrics/Headlight Aim Control Post by: GhostxFx on August 21, 2015, 10:46:57 AM Just put in a new ecu and instrument cluster and now im having some issues.
1. problems recoding the center electrics, if i try to recode light sensor on and towing sensor off it shows some wierd symbols, and i have to close controller and reopen to be able to get correct info. 2. i can't adjust the Headlight Aim Control, on basic setting all the channels say channel not available 3. It didn't show fault codes until i changed the instrument cluster, so the problem i probably there? The software coding should be right? Title: Re: Recoding/ adjustment cent electrics/Headlight Aim Control Post by: GhostxFx on August 27, 2015, 05:53:21 AM The cluster is from a 2.0 2002 mod, got it used from a scrapyard, they check with the registration number and said it was the correct one. I changed because the km/h needle motor in the old one was broken. Everything on the instrument works except the fuel gauge.

Elect. this time, and get rid of the lights adjusting themselves when i start the car, and the adjust headlights warning. But im still having the issue with the fuel gauge, the ecu havent been coded as the original one because i fried it, is the any site where i can find the coding for each type of car? The tooltips doesnt show for engine.
