hi guys sorry if this may sound like a daft question but how do you user of gq-4x delete the 95040 chips my gq-4x is set on m95040 and if i go to erase the chip it reads

erase failed
function not surported on this device
or
this chip does not need erase

Those eeproms don't typically need to be erased before being written to
