Title: MPPS V16 clone recommendations Post by: h100vw on September 03, 2015, 03:30:37 PM Looking to buy an MPPS cable I have been told to get one made in Europe for quality reasons. I sort of like that idea after the BDM kit I bought didn't work due to a badly made ribbon cable.
I haven't been able to find one though. Not too concerned about the cost, so doesn't need to be $20 delivered, conversely I can't justify buying a real one for $1000. ;D Any leads gratefully received Title: Re: MPPS V16 clone recommendations Post by: ddillenger on September 03, 2015, 05:27:18 PM Definitely get the one made in Europe.
I find the one from AMT cartech to be the best :P Title: Re: MPPS V16 clone recommendations Post by: k0mpresd on September 03, 2015, 06:29:12 PM Definitely get the one made in Europe. You clearly have more than just a hobby interest in tuning then! If you've got a problem with pirate software, perhaps you should completely erase the flash on your ECUs and re-write everything. From scratch. Title: Re: MPPS V16 clone recommendations Post by: littco on February 04, 2016, 04:11:42 AM Clones do no belong here, I just dropped 2k on MPPS! If it hadn't been for clones I think you would find the most of the work done on here wouldn't have happened! Title: Re: MPPS V16 clone recommendations Post by: ddillenger on February 04, 2016, 10:05:33 PM I can say that the cloned MPPS is what convinced me to get the real deal.
