That crap is meaningless. Title: Re: 3B0907551CJ - KFPED (Driver Requested Power) Post by: Gulfstream on September 06, 2015, 04:38:03 PM Why the HELL are you graphing 3d graphs in 2d? I don't understand the 3d map completely yet Title: Re: 3B0907551CJ - KFPED (Driver Requested Power) Post by: nyet on September 06, 2015, 04:41:01 PM I don't understand the 3d map completely yet If you don't understand the 3d map, you DEFINITELY don't understand it in 2d either. You will not be making more powar, just bring it on more aggresively. It is a more of a taste thing.

Don't do any more tuning until you understand how maps work. Stop being lazy. I just need to know how much i can increases in this map (%) for best result! and in 2d map, just for clear my doubts... the map starts in red or blue points? I dount understand completyely the 3d map, but if my noob questions have been clarified, I will start learning the right way :) Title: Re: 3B0907551CJ - KFPED (Driver Requested Power) Post by: Gulfstream on September 07, 2015, 11:51:19 AM Don't do any more tuning until you understand how maps work. Stop being lazy. Yes I agree with you! But i know thats a few maps works, i just dont know the address, initial and final points etc. the mostly maps, i dont know nothing :( For me, i just need to learn increases the ignition timing (done), change the fuel on WOT (done), change fuel in idle (done), warm up map (learning) and driver power request (learning) Thanks for helping! Tell me, how are you going to modify this map using a 2D view? Tell me, how are you going to modify this map using a 2D view? Since i have problem with winols full, i just have the demo version, so i just increase in 2d mode. (http://www.ponto33.com/ignition.jpg) its a example. I increase the map and change little things, all in 2d I need to learn to make it on 3D mode! Next step! I am not the right man to tell you this but,
You should really stop this now, as it is wrong on many levels. Back too reading, like a lot of reading!!! Title: Re: 3B0907551CJ - KFPED (Driver Requested Power) Post by: adam- on September 08, 2015, 12:11:31 AM You shouldn't be changing the maps in 2D at all. You can use 3D to help you smooth an ALREADY existing curve, but not to recreate the wheel.
You do understand that the KFPED is the driver's requested torque - you could set it at 100% the whole way across so that any press of the pedal delivers WOT. The map is just for taste - how you want the throttle pedal to feel when you press it. I understand the KFPED map!! before i change, the pedal throttle has a delay, now have a instant response! more torque! I had a commercial tune for a while in my car, the first thing I did was copy over the stock pedal map. Didn't like the jerky pedal, every time you hit a bump in the road and your foot jumped half and inch the car would surge forward or slam the throttle plate shut (at least on a naturally aspirated insta-torque V8). It was a poorly done tune of course but there is generally nothing wrong with the stock pedal maps, just have to push the pedal further for same amount of oomph.
