I just purchased a B5 RS4 Cluster and am having this issue with it On vagcom the PN shows as: 8D0 920 981 Its the 200mph version. Asside from the needles being off until headlights are on, the backlight is the only nuance with it. I have it coded as follows via vag com So I got this RS4 cluster, and the back lighting never turns off... its coded to m box (adaptation 60 1025) then 02 (seat belt) 6 (usa)(also tried 4, for Britain) 6 (cylinder) 4 (turbo) Am I dumb? or is something up? am I missing something? further coding needed? wiring change?
